   Each set ships with small, medium, and large medical-grade silicone tips. Start with the medium tip: it should rest snugly against your ear canal wall without pinching, preventing external feedback noise while remaining comfortable during movement.

   What payment methods do you accept, and what is your daily dispatch cut-off?

   We accept cash on delivery and direct bank transfer. Orders confirmed before our daily cut-off of 15:00 on business days are inspected, packed in rigid boxes, and processed for courier handover the same afternoon.

   What is your return policy if the device is not suitable?

   We offer a 30-day return window from the day your parcel is delivered. Because ear care items are personal hygiene tools, returns can only be accepted for unused items kept in their original, unopened packaging.

   No. Our amplifiers are personal sound amplification products designed to assist with ambient sound clarity in noisy rooms, during lectures, or while watching television. They are not medical hearing aids or treatments for clinical hearing loss.
