The goods

Non-prescription acoustic sound amplification devices, personal ear hygiene accessories, manual and electric ear canal cleaning tools, replacement silicone ear tips, and routine ear comfort wellness products. Each product listing specifies items in the pack, counts and physical formats. Gallery images serve an illustrative role; outer boxes and wrapping can vary slightly.

Ordering and contract

A booking is entered when you conclude the checkout counter. We acknowledge receipt by email, and our mutual agreement binds when your parcel leaves our South Mall counter. We reserve the discretion to decline a request if shelves run bare or contact details cannot be validated, refunding any transferred money in full.

Prices and payment

Product charges are quoted in USD inclusive of local VAT where it applies. Postage costs are clearly visible at checkout before you settle up. Settled via: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. In the event of an obvious clerical price error, we reserve the right to rectify it prior to shipping, giving you the choice to proceed or cancel.

Delivery

Postal routes, schedules and carrier rates are listed on our Delivery & Payment page. Physical risk for the parcel passes over to you the moment it changes hands at your threshold.

Product images and colours

Photographs represent genuine pieces crafted and boxed in our workshop. Screen tones depend heavily on your monitor display, web program, and daylight in your room; minor variations in shade are not classified as faults and do not qualify for complimentary returns or monetary compensation. Dimensions, build materials, and components are detailed on every item page.

Transfer of risk

Our South Mall dispatch crew shoulders full responsibility for the items until the carrier delivers them directly into your hands or to your chosen representative at the nominated door. After that handoff, the hazard of damage or loss becomes yours. Exterior parcel trauma should be documented alongside the driver and relayed to us within 48 hours.

Returns and warranty

You can post products back to us within 30 days of parcel receipt as outlined on our Returns page. Naturvelmora Limited provides a 12-month statutory limited warranty covering manufacturing and material defects on acoustic amplification devices and electronic ear cleaning units. This warranty excludes normal consumable wear, such as degraded silicone ear tips or battery depletion, and does not cover damage caused by unauthorized disassembly, fluid ingress, or improper earwax maintenance.

• Custom-molded earpieces or personalized acoustic amplification units modified to individual specifications.
• Ear drops, cleaning solutions, or hygiene fluids once opened or past their safety seal expiration date.
• Used or unsealed personal ear cleaning implements, reusable curettes, and silicone ear tips due to strict biological safety and health protection standards.
• Goods that have been inseparably mixed with other materials or altered post-delivery.
• Opened electronic cleaning media, hygiene software keys, or digital device calibration guides.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total cumulative liability of Naturvelmora Limited for any claim arising out of or related to the purchase or use of our products shall not exceed $100.00 USD or the total amount paid by the customer for the specific order, whichever is lower. Nothing written across these terms reduces any responsibility that mandatory legislation forbids limiting.

Age and use

You must have attained at least 18 years of age to order from our store. Ear aids and hygiene items must be used strictly following printed packaging instructions; they never replace qualified medical care from an audiologist or physician.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with generally recognized principles of international commercial law and applicable international consumer protection conventions, without prejudice to mandatory statutory consumer protections in the buyer's country of residence. If we cannot settle a disagreement between us over a quiet discussion or a clear email, the matter goes to the competent court where our workshop is registered, without affecting statutory consumer protections in your own home country.
